本建物は川口市内にある2階建ての住宅です。
旗竿地という条件でありながら、プライバシーと開放感を両立させ、視線の抜けを意識した洗練された設計により、
居住空間にゆとりと快適さを生み出しました。
中庭を介して周囲の環境とつながるように設計しています。
設計・施工は、以前勤務していた工務店にて行いました。
This is a two-story residential house located in Kawaguchi City.
Despite being built on a flag-shaped lot, the design successfully balances privacy and openness, with careful consideration of sightlines to create a refined living space.
The residence offers a sense of comfort and spaciousness, with a central courtyard connecting the home to its surrounding environment.
The design and construction were carried out at a construction company where I previously worked.
