本建物は沖縄県読谷村にある3階建て長屋形式の共同住宅です。
室内外をコンクリート打ち放しで洗練されたデザインとし、1階は店舗利用も可能なプランとしました。
また、新たなスタイルとして商いとしての住まいとしての用途も兼ね備えています。
設計・監理は、以前勤務していた設計事務所にて行いました。
This is a three-story townhouse-style communal residence located in Yomitan Village, Okinawa Prefecture.
The interior and exterior are designed with exposed concrete for a refined aesthetic, and the first floor is planned for potential commercial use.
The building also serves as a new-style standalone accommodation facility.
The design and supervision were carried out at a design office where I previously worked.
